What is the difference between the Regular Footbed and the Soft Footbed?

The Regular Footbed features our anatomically shaped cork-latex core for firm support. The Soft Footbed includes an extra layer of integrated permanently elastic latex cushion for immediate comfort from the first step.

How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100, while a flat rate applies to orders below that threshold.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

How should I care for the suede and leather on my BIRKENSTOCKS?

We recommend using a suede brush to remove dirt and a leather conditioner for smooth leather styles. Avoid extreme heat and do not submerge them in water, as this can damage the cork and adhesive.

Can my BIRKENSTOCK sandals be repaired?

Yes, BIRKENSTOCKS are designed to be sustainable. Many models can be resoled or have the footbed replaced by authorized repair shops to extend the life of your footwear.
