We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and original-condition items. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear is returned in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn Birkenstocks in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
